1. Introduction and Parties to the Agreement

INDUNAVES SL ("SalzaChat", "we", "us", "our") operates a monetization platform for digital content creators (the "Service") that allows creators to offer memberships, exclusive content, and private interactions with their community of followers ("Members" or "Fans").

By using SalzaChat, whether as a creator or as a member, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any other policy we publish. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use SalzaChat

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use SalzaChat. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have full legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction
• You are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law

Account Registration

To access certain features you need to create an account. By registering:

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You cannot create more than one personal account
• SalzaChat may close and delete a creator account after three consecutive months without receiving any messages through the Service. Records required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained.

Account Types

• Creator: Person who publishes content, offers memberships, interacts with their community, and monetizes their work through the platform. Creators must complete the identity verification process before they can receive payments.
• Member / Fan: Person who follows one or more creators, can access exclusive content, and financially support the creators they admire.

3. SalzaChat Service

What We Do

SalzaChat provides the technological infrastructure for creators to:

• Publish exclusive content (text, images, audio, video)
• Offer paid subscriptions and memberships to their community
• Manage pay-per-view posts ("premium content")
• Communicate directly with their fans via private messages
• Receive payments and withdraw their earnings

Relationship between Creators and SalzaChat

SalzaChat is a technological platform, not the employer, agent, or partner of the creators. Creators are independent contractors. SalzaChat does not control, direct, or dictate the content that creators publish, provided that such content complies with our Community Guidelines.

Certain digital material may be subject to age restrictions and additional availability requirements. Access and transactions depend on verification, consent, applicable law, and the selected processor. External promotion, off-platform redirection, illegal content, and non-consensual material remain prohibited.

License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SalzaChat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or commercial purposes (in the case of creators).

4. User Content

Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they post on SalzaChat. By posting content, you grant SalzaChat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to host, display, and distribute that content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Payments, Payouts, and Payment Processor Liability

Payment Processing

SalzaChat utilizes third-party payment processors (such as PayPal and NOWPayments) to facilitate member payments and process payouts to creators. Creator earnings represent a balance tracked on the platform until they are successfully withdrawn and processed by the respective payment processor.

Age-restricted transactions are handled only where the selected payment processor and applicable law permit them. SalzaChat may limit or disable those transactions by country, account, product, or processor.

CRD, Creator Share, Promotions, and Payouts

Fans purchase CRD through the active packages and see the total price before confirming payment. CRD is the fan purchase currency; creator earnings are accounted for in USD.

The creator share is product-specific: 60% for messages, message escrow and 24-hour chat passes; 70% for custom requests; 75% for media and post unlocks; and 80% for tips, gifts and memberships. Every eligible transaction records the fan spend, the applicable rate, exact USD earnings and availability date. The three free introductory messages do not create earnings. Eligible promotional chat remains paid at 60% and is funded by SalzaChat as marketing.

New creator earnings are held for 7days before becoming available. Flexible withdrawals start at $25 USD and scheduled withdrawals at $50 USD. Before confirmation SalzaChat shows the selected payout method's estimated fee and net amount; that fee is deducted from the requested amount in either mode. Creators must accept version economy-terms-v4 of these Terms before requesting a payout.

New-Creator Safeguards and Payment Review

Tips, gifts, and custom requests are available only to active, verified creators. During the first 14days, they are limited to 500CRD per transaction and 1000CRD per rolling day. From day 14through day 29, the limits are 1000CRD per transaction and 2000CRD per rolling day; amounts over 500 CRD require a history of at least 3distinct cash-backed buyers. Tips never exceed 2500CRD per transaction.

For these products, earnings from a creator account under 30 days old remain pending for 14 days. We count only cash-backed fan messages for price-tier progression; free, promotional, gift, system, or other non-cash-backed activity does not create a pricing entitlement.

We may delay, limit, reject, reverse, or require review of a payment, earning, or payout where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, refund or chargeback exposure, payment-processor non-compliance, or a material mismatch between the verified identity and payout destination. We will apply these safeguards prospectively and will not retroactively reduce an already-recorded earning or a payout already confirmed as paid, except where law, a processor decision, fraud, reversal, or chargeback requires it. A creator may request a human review through support.

CRD purchases are final digital credit purchases except where a refund, reversal, chargeback, legal requirement, or payment processor decision applies. We may adjust, revoke, or expire promotional CRD, bonus CRD, or referral credits if they are issued in error, abused, reversed, or used contrary to these Terms.

Disclaimer of Liability for Blocked or Frozen Funds

Creators acknowledge and agree that the availability, security, and holding of funds are subject to the terms, policies, and operational status of our third-party payment processors.

In the event that a payment processor blocks, freezes, restricts, suspends, or terminates the accounts, services, or funds of SalzaChat, or otherwise denies access to the balance stored or processed through their system:

• SalzaChat (INDUNAVES SL) shall not be liable or responsible to creators for any delayed, lost, blocked, frozen, or forfeited balances or earnings.
• SalzaChat is under no obligation to compensate, reimburse, or pay out any affected creator balances from its own corporate funds or other sources.
• Creators expressly assume the risk of payment processor disruptions and waive any claims against SalzaChat arising from actions taken by third-party payment providers.
