INDUNAVES SL ("SalzaChat", "we") operates the creator monetization platform available at salzachat.com. We are the data controller of your personal data according to this Policy.
2. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account data: Name, username, email address, and password (stored encrypted)
- Profile data: Profile photo, bio, location (optional), and interests
- Identity verification (creators only): Official photo ID and facial verification
- Payment information: Processed directly by our payment providers (PayPal, NOWPayments)
- Content you post: Messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and any other content you upload
Information we collect automatically
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser
- Usage data: Pages visited, session time, features used
- Transaction and integrity data: Purchase, earning, payout, payment-source, account-age, and transaction-pattern data used to operate payments and detect fraud or abuse

3. Why We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: Manage account, facilitate communication, process payments
- Security: Verify identities, detect fraud, protect the community
- Payment integrity: Apply proportionate transaction, payout, and pricing safeguards; assess funding source, account age, and payer concentration; and route exceptional cases to human review. These checks do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without a route to human review.

4. Data Retention
A creator account may be closed and deleted after three consecutive months without receiving any messages through SalzaChat. We measure inactivity from the last message received or, if the account has never received one, from the account creation date.
Account deletion starts the deletion or anonymization of personal data within 30 days. We may retain records for longer when required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, and anonymize them when possible.
