Community Guidelines
These Guidelines define what is allowed and what is not on SalzaChat. They apply to all users, both creators and members, on and off the platform when such external activity has a direct impact on the SalzaChat community.
1. Our Philosophy
SalzaChat is a platform for creators who want to monetize their work and build a loyal community. We believe in creative freedom within limits that protect our community, comply with the law, and respect the standards of the payment processors we operate with.
These guidelines are not intended to limit creative expression, but to ensure that SalzaChat remains a safe, professional, and sustainable space for everyone.
2. Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)
The following violations result in immediate and permanent suspension, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any content that represents, promotes, or normalizes the exploitation or sexual abuse of minors, in any format: image, video, text, illustration, generative AI, or link. We are legally obligated to report these cases to the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and the authorities.
Age-Restricted Material (18+)
Age-restricted material is subject to availability, age controls, consent requirements, applicable law, and payment-processor rules. External promotion, links, or directing users to outside services are not allowed.
Human Trafficking and Exploitation
Any content that facilitates, promotes, or normalizes human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, or prostitution.
Terrorism and Violent Extremism
Content that promotes, glorifies, recruits for, or finances terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or acts of mass violence.
Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII)
Sharing intimate images or videos of people without their explicit consent, including "revenge porn" and sexual deepfakes.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed on SalzaChat. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on severity.
Harassment and Abuse
- Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or threats directed at individuals or groups
- Dogpiling (coordinating mass attacks against a user)
- Doxxing: publishing someone's private personal information without their consent
Escort, Dating, and Companionship Services
- Offering or soliciting escort services, prostitution, or any form of paid physical companionship
- Sugar daddy / sugar baby arrangements or any transactional dating services
- Promoting in-person meetings, dates, or encounters arranged through the platform
- Any content that facilitates offline sexual services or romantic encounters for compensation
Fraud, Scams, and Spam
- Financial scams, phishing, or attempts to obtain credentials or payments outside the platform
- Impersonation of other users, celebrities, or SalzaChat staff
- Mass unsolicited messaging (spam) or promotional content unrelated to the creator's work
- Artificially creating, coordinating, or disguising payments, buyers, engagement, or pricing eligibility to bypass platform safeguards
Illegal Goods and Activities
- Sale, promotion, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or counterfeit products
- Weapons, explosives, or instructions for creating dangerous devices
- Gambling without proper legal authorization
4. Payment Processor Compliance
SalzaChat works with PayPal and other authorized payment processors. All transactions on the platform must comply with their terms of service. This means:
- All interactions and content exchanged for payment must be digital and, where available, age-restricted adult content
- No physical goods, in-person services, or external adult services may be sold or promoted
- Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with both SalzaChat guidelines and processor policies
5. Enforcement and Appeals
Our moderation team reviews reports and may take action including content removal, payment or payout restriction, account suspension, or permanent banning. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support@salzachat.com.
